consists of enterprise functions that work together to promote and protect the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. culture and brand, and support our team members. CAO functions include Commitment to Customer, Corporate Responsibility & Community Relations, Data Management & Insights, Human Resources, Marketing, Stakeholder Relations, and the CAO Integration and Planning Office.
This role is a member of the Studio Production Design team within **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s in-house agency (IHA), reporting to the Studio Graphic Design Manager. The Studio Design team supports design and layout work based on existing creative, copy edits to existing work, recreation of agency created materials, versioning and resizing of work, rebranding of materials, image replacement, image retouching, image searching and sourcing.
Specific duties of this role include the following:
Produces technically sound, content-correct files for both print and digital assignments that meet all production standards with proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, DreamWeaver, and Flash
Executes revisions, edits, modifications, resizings, and other adjustments to previously completed work with a deep understanding of print and digital production
Consistently applies established design principles to all assignments and has a deep understanding of brand standards
Ensures timely completion of assigned projects while maintaining strict standards of accuracy, completeness, and product quality
Anticipates design/layout and technical problems, and takes corrective steps
Parterners with Creatives, Designers and Project Coordinators, using strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Maintains proscribed production levels while ensuring timely completion of assigned projects
Utilizes job management system to manage workload and production time for each project
Manages and prioritizes workload based on job deadlines using strong organizational skills
Envisions new ways to approach projects that provide a fresh aestetic while remaining true to brand standards as well as technical procedural updates, as needed
Required Qualifications:
3 years of graphic arts experience
