This person would work as part of the creative team and collaborate with editors to conceptualize projects and be able to create from ideation through final production. They are responsible for creating exceptional designs to advance the brand and maintain the established voice and visual identity. This talented person has a knack for assembling existing information in a captivating way, including storyboarding, visualizing process flows and visualizing data.  The design team works on a variety of projects from high-level, long-term conceptual work to quick-turn digital projects. This team consists of a tightly knit group of individuals with strong communication skills and the ability to challenge existing designs in pursuit of client-centric designs with the user always in mind.  Strong focus on designing for interactive environments. Strong focus on graphic design in digital media with emphasis on illustration, typography, layout, and design for high-level presentations and passionate about well-crafted experiences that augment and compliment the product’s function.  Functional Responsibilities include: Able to implement and support senior staff and the greater strategy of the team.  Able to work with a team of designers to successfully translate concepts into insightful, compelling communications and content that drive awareness, understanding, engagement and action—on brand.  Extends the brand purpose and assure adherence to brand guidelines through all business units and at all customer touchpoints.Understands and can articulate Brand DNA basic tenets, including voice, as well as design guidelines.Demonstrates design expertise and advanced skills in their respective skillset.Work closely with ops and editorial to meet SLAs and deadlines.  Possess the patience and negotiating skills to manage challenging situations both internally and with the client.Ability to think both tactically and strategically, including high levels of self-direction, innovation and imagination  ','!*!Qualifications:

Experience and Education RequiredMinimum of 7 years relevant experience in project management.   Financial services experience is a strong plus.Expertise in Creative Suite, digital and mobile functionality and softwareStrong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, monitor, and manage workloadExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently to achieve goals established in a team environmentExceptional verbal and communication skills Ability to manage a large workload
