The Audit & Assurance Marketplace Intelligence group (Marketplace Intelligence) is a high-performance team at Deloitte that builds engaging and technologically advanced web-based applications and insightful research and analytics. Our team consists of highly skilled researchers, data analysts and developers. Our work is critical to support leadership strategic decision-making and enable excellent client service and growth of our Audit and Assurance practice. We are looking for a graphic designer who can make the complex understandable through design.
The Marketplace Intelligence team is looking for a graphic designer to join our team to create internal professional-level designed presentations, meeting materials and communications, training guides, application interface designs, analytic reports, and other business collateral materials.
The designer will collaborate with members of the Marketplace Intelligence team and other internal business teams to understand business needs and turn those business needs into tangible, well-designed products in a variety of formats - including but not limited to: web site design, print, electronic deliverables and interactive multimedia.
The designer will possess a high degree of design skill/creativity, with excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills to create solutions that not only are visually appealing, but the design enhances the effectiveness of the overall solution.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) or Bachelor in Graphic Design
3 years' experience
Proficient knowledge of MS Office (MS Word and PowerPoint)
Expertise in Adobe Creative suite
Excellent Project Management skills
Portfolio of work required
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred
Ability to design in applications such as: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, Tableau
Experience with collaborative interface design tools, such as Figma
Understanding of HTML and CSS
Understanding of basic UI/UX principles and best practices
Previous corporate design experience
Possess a flexible work style and be able to work beyond the normal schedule during peak periods in order to meet deadlines
Work effectively and prioritize work, with minimal day-to-day supervision, and within a team environment to significantly contribute to the success of the team
Possess a client-service mindset and a desire to take on tough and challenging projects
Demonstrate the ability to learn new tools and software
