As a part of the UX/Design team the Graphic Design team partners with Marketing to bring the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. brand forward. It is a core discipline embraced by the entire company and of the utmost importance at all levels. This role will be instrumental in defining the future of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.s presence in the physical and digital world, growing and maintaining the teams processes, all while having fun petting all of our adorable pups!
In this role, you will:
Develop and support the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. trade show and on-site customer experiences by producing environmental graphics, email campaign visuals and sales collateral.
Create and maintain design systems and processes that scale design team deliverables for our internal teams and customers.
Visualize and deliver the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. story for our Sales and Customer Success teams through presentations and sales collateral.
Ideate and deliver illustrations and icons in close collaboration with the Product Design team
Foster the growth of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s internal culture through design
You should have:
A BFA in a design-related field or equivalent work experience
6 years of experience in the field of graphic design
Portfolio that demonstrates command of systematic typographic layouts, conceptual illustration or icon development and execution, sensitivity to color, knowledge of industry trends — especially which to ignore.
Understanding of how graphic design impacts the user experience and contributes to success of a company.
Experience with print design needs such as size, format, producing clean files and other technical considerations. Specifying printed deliverables, interfacing with print vendors or print project coordinators, preparing requests for quotation (RFQs)
Intermediate or advanced knowledge of how to use Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and/or Apple Pages
Experience in video direction, photo direction, information design and motion design are a plus.
