**Position Title** CADD Manager

AECOM is seeking a CADD Manager to join our growing transportation team in Minneapolis, MN.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Lead and manage Computer Aided Design and Drafting in our Roadway design group
Perform both routine and non-routine, complex drafting assignments that require judgment in resolving issues or making recommendations
Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines
Responsible to set up CADD standards and drafting environments to meet client requirements and company policy
Lead training of staff in the use of CADD software and design procedures
Follow specific, standardized procedures to achieve set results and deadlines
Receive little instruction on daily work and general instructions on new assignments
Must have extensive experience with developing roadway construction plans for clients such as MnDOT, and/or cities and counties using Microstation and Geopak.
8 years working in Microstation and Geopak and Inroads software
Experience developing preliminary and final roadway design plans meeting MnDOT CADD standards
Experience working with public agencies, project management and design staff
Positive problem solver with a flexible approach to your work, committed to excellence, motivated, and a strong team player
Experience with MnDOT Highway and State Aid Standards
Experience with Projectwise
Experience in developing and leading training in the use of CADD software
Experience in managing CADD environments to meet client requirements and for efficient plan production
15 years working in Microstation and Geopak and Inroads software
Experience with AutoCad and AutoCad Civil 3D
Experience with Geopak Site, Autoturn, and InRoads
Experience in Project Management
Experience in CADD Standards for other clients
