Cintas is seeking a Project Manager Design and Construction. Responsibilities inclue assisting in the completion of plant construction projects, including land searches, land acquisition, new building and process design, construction and installation of new equipment into new construction-related projects; utilizing the assistance of appropriate Operations partners, Field Engineer and Engineering Directors; providing long-range capacity planning for assigned locations; assisting or completing new building projects, renovations, new branches and expansions; staying abreast of new technical and equipment developments; developing new ideas to improve quality, cost, productivity, housekeeping, safety and environmental compliance; and mentoring Construction Engineer I's.
Basic knowledge of relevant computer software applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
Ability to travel up to 60% within assigned region
Strong communications skills
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or mimimum 5 years' experience performing tasks such as land searches, land acquisition, developing building and process flow layouts, managing construction projects, managing process equipment installations and monitoring associated costs and budgets, or 2 years' relevant experience in Cintas engineering environment as a Construction Engineer I with good performance.
Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Project
Bachelor's Degree ( 16 years)
