Primary Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience in Healthcare projects. As a Senior Project Manager at HDR you will be responsible for: • Planning and developing and delivering healthcare projects that may vary in scale and type. • Producing and coordinating several projects concurrently• Acting as the primary coordinator of all communications between the client and HDR, ensuring timely resolution

 of client concerns and management of business issues including contracts and additional services. • Having direct responsibility, for communicating client requirements and design criteria from conceptual design

 through final build out to project team. • Assisting in preparation of contract documentation from conceptual design, schematic, design development,

contract documentation and construction administration. • Managing the project team, and consultants to ensure client goals and project milestones are met within desired

project schedule and budget. • Coordinating with the Project Accountant / Controller and Managing Principal to lead monthly business reviews

 of projects under your direction.• Participating in marketing efforts and client presentations.• Establishing client relations and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.• Directing, organizing and mentoring junior staff with responsibility for oversight. • Inspire and foster an integrated project team model.

• Perform other duties as needed','!*!Required Qualifications

• A professional degree in Architecture or related design degree• 15 years of experience• Registered Architect• Experience on Healthcare related projects

• Must be able to lead a team on projects• Strong leadership and organization skills• Effective verbal and written communication skills• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)• Proficiency in graphic design software; Revit strongly preferred• Project finances experience• Advanced knowledge of integrated project design process, construction documentation and administration • Analytical thinker, strong problem solving abilities, attention to detail and motivation to learn • Collaborative and professional work ethic• Good planning and mentoring skills• Must have the ability to maintain existing client relationships and build new ones • Experience negotiating and managing project scope and fees as well as risk management and financial accountability• Ability to mentor, communicate and work with others effectively• LEED AP or within 6 months of hire strongly preferred

• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Preferred Qualification

OSHPD experience is strongly preferred
