Propulsion Service Engineering, located in sunny Southern California, is seeking Entry-Level Propulsion/Nacelle Stress Analysis Engineers to join our team and make an immediate impact on both urgent (hours to days) and longer-term (weeks to months) fleet support challenges. This position will enable you to support all in-service models, ranging from airplanes delivered ~30 years ago to airplanes delivered today.

You will have opportunities to collaborate with people from all over the world to create and deliver innovative solutions to complex technical problems.
You will learn the needs of our airline customer operations, how to develop and analyze structurally and functionally acceptable repairs to damaged nacelle structure, and will be empowered to develop improvements that enable world class repair and maintenance of our nacelle products.

Respond to customer technical service requests
Perform structural analysis of repairs to commercial airplane nacelle structure (metallic and composite repairs)
Provide structural guidance and analysis for improvements to fleet maintenance documentation and guidance

Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal groups to meet customer needs

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate of Science degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Knowledge of metallic and composite structures
Product or repair structural analysis experience
Experience with static and fatigue analysis
Knowledge of airplane operating environments
Ability to work across functional teams and organizations
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong customer service attitude
Willingness to expand into technical areas without prior experience

Typical Education / Experience:
