We are a small team but handle a significant amount of requests in support of the direct ad sales / revenue side of the business.


We’re looking for a motivated, independent, and talented designer to support our brand, marketing, and sales initiatives. The Designer will assist the Marketing team and drive revenue by working directly with our Sr. Designer on brand pieces, creating powerpoint presentations,

and other materials provided to existing and prospective clients with a focus on driving the brand and supporting revenue. Strong potential to develop within the role based on creative interests, skill development and business needs.


Everything we work on is a branded touchpoint for our customers (agencies and brands) that we work with. You will be helping to reinforce our brand in the marketplace and further establish us as a premier partner in the health publisher space. We want to create campaigns and partnerships with brands to build further revenue growth for Healthline Media. Your work will be reflected in the positioning and go-to-market collateral that would build and support these campaign initiatives.


You are vigilant in assessing messaging and execution of design to support the brand through overall positioning and visual standards. Ensure adherence to brand standards in all materials

You enjoy developing and implementing assigned projects within given calendar and time frames

You are accountable to meet deadlines

You direct agencies, production vendors, illustrators, and photographers as needed to design and implement concepts

You would enjoy working with members of the marketing, sales and design teams to create mocks based on existing templates for PowerPoint presentations in line with Healthline’s B2B brand guidelines

You love developing creative strategies and design concepts which meet revenue objectives

Design and prepare graphic elements for RFPs (“Requests for Proposals”)

Assist our Corporate Marketing team with the creation of collateral marketing material, such as our media kit, print assets, leave behinds, invitations, etc.


Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field

2 years of experience in the field – preferred focus in marketing and digital design

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint, Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop,

Illustrator, and InDesign – Sketch knowledge preferred

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

Interest in working with a web publisher focused on health

Ability to contribute to a team environment and receive feedback

Ability to work independently or collaboratively, prioritize tasks, and maintain deadlines

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
