Will work on a Sales force automation/CRM application.
Will need to work on various SDLC for the application from requirement, to design to coding to testing, deployment and support of these modules.

Expected to be an expert of C#, .Net technologies and SQL server with fluency in object oriented concepts, design and architecture patterns.

Expected to delegate some of the task to these resources and follow up to ensure quality of deliverables is preserved.

At least 10 years of web development experience with 8 years of solid .net experience in C# windows and ASPX solutions.
Expert with .NET 4.0,3.5 ,ASP.NET MVC Web Applications ,Web Forms Applications, SQL Server 2012, 2008
Through understanding of responsive design
Experience with HTML5/CSS is required
Experience with ASP.NET Web API is desirable
Experience with continuous integration with Team Foundation Server or similar tools is required
Experience working in environment Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience in Web Applications targeted to mobile devices
Excellent communication skills - verbal and writing.
Excellent ability to trouble shoot and digest complex problems to find root cause
Fluency with design and architecture patterns
Awareness of security and protecting privacy of privileged data
Stress testing knowledge and experience
Telecommunication industry experience, with knowledge in telecom processes and services
Experience in Data warehousing and Analytical processing desirable
Experience in pattern mining, Cluster analysis and advance cluster analysis desirable
Experience in commercially available statistical and data mining software desirable
Experience in retail Telecom domain or in a call center application is desirable
