The successful candidate will be responsible for driving production of airfield designs. The candidate will be responsible for helping guide the staff in the development of construction plans and specifications. The candidate will also be responsible for task management of multiple projects.

Working on an airfield design project would include coordinating the design team for the development of construction documents and specifications.
This position would also be responsible for performing QC reviews throughout the life of the design.
As a technical lead one could expect to coordinate all aspects of a particular project with the design team and subconsultants on a daily basis and also provide technical reviews throughout the project. All of this could be performed on multiple projects every day.
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
8 – 10 years of civil engineering design experience with a concentration in airfield design
Licensed Professional Engineer
Ability to manage and prioritize project assignments to meet competing deadlines
Attention to detail and effective decision making, organization, and editing skills
Good interpersonal, communication, and conceptual thinking skills
Work independently and within a team setting to support proposal related projects and assignments
Ability to provide support to local office, as well as assisting Proposal Production Center team members in other offices
Ability to assist in developing strategic approaches and concepts
Availability to occasionally travel to other local offices
