Fossil Groupâ€™s Portfolio Creative Services team is a collaborative team of designers responsible for creating all of Fossil Groupâ€™s licensed brands materials, including standards guides, store collateral, POS collateral, packaging, catalog/brochures, digital media, and web content. We are seeking a full-time, professional Senior Graphic Designer who has a passion for print and web design. In addition to a strong sense of visual design, you must have a passion for luxury fashion and will be responsible for concepting, presenting and development of visual campaigns to support the business needs for some of our luxury fashion-forward brands such as Micheal Kors, DKNY, and our owned 5th Floor brand of watches.
Partnering with Art Director and Senior Art Director to develop, explore, design, refine, and implement improvements and additions to the brand graphic design experience for our customerâ€™s brands.
Develop comprehensive campaign assets across all channels of print and digital media.
Ensuring all design solutions deliver creative strategies, balance business objectives with customer needs, follow established usability best practices, and are optimized for highest performance.
Innovate designs using design techniques over each projectâ€™s lifecycle.
Communicate changes to designs and reasons within project team.
Monitor market trends in digital media, packaging, and print design.

3-5 years print, packaging, and web design experience
Experience with brand strategy, design development through application design, and identity standards preferred
Project workflow experience preferred
Experience in the fashion retail industry highly preferred
Strong, demonstrated experience in the understanding of innovative print design and typography
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of web design principles and technology as well as design constraints on the web
Experience in Wordpress or other website publishing tools a plus
Experience in After Effects or animation programs a plus
Creative, flexible, and quick to learn
Passion for detail and style
Strong layout and design skills, with a passion for typography
Ability to quickly implement design concepts, both independently and in collaboration with other team members
Work successfully in a multi-project, deadline driven environment
