Description TruStile Doors, the nation\u2019s leading branded manufacturer of architectural doors for the high-end residential and commercial markets, has an immediate career opportunity for an Account Manager within our Residential Customer Service organization. The TruStile Account Manager is responsible for managing a geographical territory of residential door & millwork dealers that sell TruStile Doors. The Account Manager provides all first level customer support to their assigned dealers, including fulfillment of quote and order requests and responding to all dealer questions and needs. This position reports directly to the Director of Customer Development and is based at our Denver, CO headquarters. Specific Duties: Responding to Dealer and Sales Representative requests and questions via phone and e-mail Using TruStile\u2019s quoting system to fulfill all quote and order requests from an assigned territory Involvement in product design validation and estimating for projects that involve custom product Coordination of new orders with TruStile Operations team, including the preparation of documents and project paperwork required for order production Dealer follow up, including inquiring on outstanding sales opportunities and pending orders Driving increased sales within a territory by developing strong dealer relationships and providing a high level of service The Account Manager position offers a competitive salary level based on relevant skills\/ experience and an array of benefits to include: medical, dental, 401(k), PTO and much more. Requirements Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in an inside sales, account management or other customer facing role (building products experience preferred) Mandatory HS Diploma\/GED. College degree preferred Data entry skills and experience Computer skills to include proficiency in MS Excel and Word Strong interpersonal skills Experience with Auto CAD, CAD or other drawing programs a plus
