As an integral member of the Agency Business Development and Property Marketing team, the Seattle based Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and managing the creative graphic and content presentation of sales presentations, property marketing deliverables, emails, tour books, interactive PDFs and mobile-friendly digital templates and newsletters.Our ideal candidate comes with a strong design background, including digital experience, and has an understanding of modern marketing and business development practices. He/she should be interested in developing techniques to provide unique solutions for our internal and external clients. The Graphic Designer has a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines and can efficiently own multiple projects at a time—often with little direction. He/she should also have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively depending on the project.\\rWhat this job involves:Collaborate with service line professionals in design front-line business development and marketing tools to help win businessDesign various collateral and templates including property marketing materials, template websites, brochures, property flyers, e-blasts, case studies, tour books, and presentation graphicsDesign customized pitches for high-value pursuitsEmail creation, design and HTML knowledge neededIdentify opportunities to bring creativity and innovation to existing marketing practices and materialsAssist brokerage coordinators and regional marketing managers with graphic requests to ensure that all marketing materials present the JLL brand consistently and follow brand standardsDevelop and maintain business development asset libraryFull ownership of assigned projects, managing through completionLead the charge of identifying and integrating new creative tools and resources for the team and maintain a working knowledge of graphic design and media trends\\rSound like you?
