for our San Francisco
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assistance in the development design alternatives and contract document for traditional and alternate delivery projects
Providing a critical link between multiple entities, often separated by geography and / or knowledge
Coordinating with various disciplines such as structural, civil and MEP engineers, landscape architecture and specifications writers
Researching and assessing building products, materials, methods and systems and using that using that knowledge to develop functional, innovative and elegant designs
Assisting project architects to verify and review of architectural designs and detailed code and regulatory compliance under the supervision of a senior / project architect
Participating in business development including developing graphics for proposals

Architectural degree from an NAAB Accredited program
3 years of professional experience
Working knowledge of construction drawing standards Some transit architecture related experience required
Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT
Detail oriented and highly organized
Self-starter, able to work in a team and able to multi-task
Capability in the use of architectural tools such as MicroStation, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Rhino and / or 3D Studio MAX
Ability to make physical models would be highly regarded
