Deloitte Services LP is currently looking for a graphic designer with UX/UI experience to work within our Market Development organization as part of the Pursuit Management channel. You will join our growing team of world class seasoned design talent across design. You will work with members of the pursuit team to create elegant, intuitive user interfaces that meet this unique customer need.

Work You'll Do

Develop, plan, design, and deliver a full range of high-impact pursuit collateral (web and motion graphics), including, but not limited to animated sequences, video production, and web-based deliverables working with JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS

Blend photography, imagery, charts, text, and multimedia elements to create high-impact materials that distinguish the Deloitte U.S. Firms in the marketplace and help win business

Ensure a creative and consistent look and feel that also aligns with the Deloitte brand, visual identity, legal guidelines, and messaging

Have strong project management skills in order to balance priorities, communicate clearly with project cohorts, and meet and exceed project deadlines and commitments; keep clients informed of projects and progress

Be closely involved in developing short and long-term web-based delivery strategies, staying ahead of the curve on design technologies and implementation against business needs

The Successful Candidate Will Possess

Strong critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills

Strong written and oral communication skills

Experience working independently as well as collaboratively across large teams

The Team

We have an exciting opportunity for a web and motion graphics designer/developer to work with our team in developing interactive/multimedia deliverables and animations from ideation to production. This position calls for a passionate, collaborative professional with a positive outlook, excellent communication, and proven design skills. Candidates should be proactive and solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

Required:

4 years of related work experience in the design/communications industry

Knowledge of Adobe CC suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, XD, In5), (MS Office applications knowledge a plus)

UI and UX experience

Intermediate knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS coding

Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, developing creative deliverables within tight deadlines

Strong oral and written communications skills

Demonstrated project management and organization skills, and close attention to detail

Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to manage own time and take initiative

Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred

Knowledge of Unity, Cinema 4D, or other 3D applications

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $72,900 to $149,700.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
