Please send your resume if you would like to pursue this opportunity and you authorize Infosoft to represent you for this position. Here are job position details for your review: Job Title: Engineering Graphics Designer (Building Automation)Pay Rate: $20/HrDuration: 1 YearJob Requisition: JP00051077Location: Mechanicsburg, PAnnThis position is for Buildings & Technologies divisionnOffice based position is responsible for the development of system control diagrams, building floor layouts and monitoring graphics for Building Automation Systems. Position is accountable for completing designs within the budgeted engineering labor, at a high customer satisfaction rate, while following standards set by the Area Graphic Designers across North America. Position reports to the Building Automation Solutions Engineering Manager.nResponsibilities nnComplete all graphics design/development within the budgeted engineering labor hours. nDesign visually appealing, dynamic, easy to use, and modern looking graphic solutions for building operators. nComplete review and understanding of design support which includes logging & tracking projects and status. nSupport delivery of graphics to the jobsite to meet completion schedules. nMust be able to multi-task to work on more than one design project at a time nSupport / Achieve high Customer Satisfaction: Identify quality control issues and notify project manager and engineering manager in a timely manner. nMaintain consistent response time and follow up with each assigned project managers. Ensure accurate and timely graphic design deliverables. nEnsure proper documentation for long term servicing of customers: Support systems to service turnovers on projects utilizing centralized graphics design process. Maintain a copy of the latest graphics as-built of completed jobs in the district server. nProcesses: Support project managers, account engineers, and field specialists in designing graphics for their projects. Design background and dynamics when requested. Support efficiency initiatives – Graphics Standardization/Centralization.nAssists with and observes diagrams and illustrations for print or online technical documentation using sketches, photos, actual parts and ideasnnRequirements nnAssociate’s degree or 1-2 years of vocational technical training preferred . HS diploma or equivalent required with 1-2 years of experience with building controls.nUnderstanding of drawing applications such as: Photoshop, Paint, Illustrator, or equivalent. nAbility to work with AutoCAD is requirednSome travel required for training or annual meetings, not to exceed 15% of the time nQualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the Unites States. nQualified Applicants will not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United StatesnnPreferred 1- 2 years of experience with building automation systemsnnJob Requirementsnnnnnnn
