Why you'll want to work for thisncompany: Low travel -n25% or less Medical Benefits - companynpays 100% of premium for the employee, 75% of the premiumnfor all dependents 401K - matchndollar for dollar up to 6% PTO - PTOnhours increase based on the number of hours workednPay - paid hourly, receive double time for weekends andnholidays as well as time and a half fornovertime Process Controls Engineer JobnDuties: Work with thencustomer and/or process engineer to develop and/or interpretnprocess and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs)nDevelop project documentation including, but not limitednto, device lists, I/O lists, electrical contractor documentation,nand acceptance documentation Design &ndevelop PLC and HMI programs Design controlnsystem networks Designs and configure controlnsystem server infrastructure Commissionncontrol systems including device configuration, I/O checkout, PIDntuning, water testing, CIP testing, and productionntesting Calibration of process devices withndocumentation Troubleshoot control systemsn(software, hardware, electrical, and/or mechanicalnproblems) Work with subcontractors (mechanicalnor electrical) on projects including oversight of electricalninstall Drafts for electrical schematics,nnetworks, etc. Ensure that the projects arencompleted on time and on budget Able tonmultitask on multiple projects and projectnelements MinimumnQualifications: 5 nyears of controls engineering experience ASndegree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, ornchemicalnengineering PreferrednQualifications:nExperience with Clean-in-Place (CIP) systemsnEngineer-in-Training certificate or Professional Engineernlicense Very proficient with Microsoft Excelnand Outlook as well as experience with Microsoft ProjectnExperience with AutoCAD Experiencenwith some of the following Rockwell Automation software packages:nRSLogix5, RSLogix500, RSLogix5000, Studio5000, FactoryTalk View SE,nFactoryTalk View ME, RSView32, FactoryTalk Batch, FactoryTalknHistorian SE, FactoryTalk VantagePoint, PlantPAx, and FactoryTalknAssetCentre Experience with WonderWare SystemnPlatform components. Experience in processndevice calibration and documentation using ProCalV5nExperience with some of the following networkingnprotocols: EtherNet/IP, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Modbus RTU, ProfibusnPA, Profibus DP, Remote I/O (RIO), and Data Highway Plusn(DH ) Experience with Ethernet networkingnespecially with Cisco devices. Configuration via CisconNetwork Assistant or the command line is especiallynbeneficial. Experience with virtualizednenvironments (VMware Workstation, VMware Fusion, VMware ESXi, ornMicrosoft Hyper-V). WorknEnvironmentThennature of this job requires both office time and on-site time at ancustomer facility. While in the office, a Monday through Fridaynwork week is expected, with overtime as required. Whilenin the field, weekend or holiday time may be expected, but will benpaid accordingly.
