Job Description We seek talented, team-oriented technical professionals to support our growth objectives and opportunities in Process, Manufacturing and Product Engineering for our Interconnect and Technical Materials business units in Northfield, MN. They will Performs non-routine and moderately complex design tasks utilizing CAD design techniques designing high density, surface mount flexible printed circuit. We are looking for someone who demonstrates: Intense collaboration Passionate customer focus Thoughtful, fast, disciplined execution Tenacious commitment to continuous improvement Relentless drive to win \u00a0 Here is a glimpse of what you\u2019ll do: Assists Electrical Design Engineers in the development of state-of-the-art designs of new or modified, low to high-density, complex, printed circuit boards. Works from preliminary schematics, parts lists and basic descriptions of the board function, configuration and arrangement as defined by engineering. Collaborates with FLEX DFX teams to develop a physical layout that optimizes for manufacturability and test. Maintains technical coordination with Flex\u2019s manufacturing groups and the customer\u2019s engineers. Establishes design standards and configuration.
