We are looking for an Associate Graphic Designer to help us from our Englewood, CO office. This is a temporary position with potential for full-time depending on performance and business need.
A big vision calls for a big job.  As we grow, our need for an Associate Graphic Designer Temp grows with us. 
You’ll Report To:
VP, Retail Relations
A typical day as an Associate Graphic Designer Temp might include:
Work with Wholesale Brand Manager in production of web graphics for website, emails, social media and ads per brand identity and guidelines
Create social media assets in line with campaign strategy including all Instagram and Facebook specific imagery, blog imagery, and pin specific imagery
Design and create email assets for consumer and wholesale partners
Create site assets and pages based off of campaign direction
Edit photography for campaign usage
Brainstorm, wireframe, and create necessary sales tools for B2B team including but not limited to:

Editorial/Seasonal Lookbooks
Product-specific One Sheets
Price Sheets
Proposal Assets
Create campaign wireframes and UI mockups based on departmental strategy and direction
Design e-commerce content pages in support of campaigns, product, and sales
Continue to improve and update all visual elements of the website
Assist with tradeshow branding, booth design and necessary collateral
Maintain Mission, Value, Story, Core Values, and Brand Voice of Deny Designs
Participate in researching and brainstorming sessions
Balance multiple deadlines and projects
Understand home decor industry trends and proactively contribute new and fresh ideas that will improve overall customer experience and drive conversion
Serve as a brand steward, ensuring all assets adhere to brand standards and overall design best practices, including, but not limited to: onsite experience including ecommerce pages and their details/visuals and the wholesale customer experience from site to package arrival and everything in between to inspire brand loyalty and customer retention
Be aware and teach yourself emerging trends in design, concept and production
You’ll be successful if you
are a disciplined self-starter with an excitement for learning and implementing best design practices.
What You Have:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or relevant work experience
Experience working in an ecommerce environment
3 years’ experience in Photoshop and Illustrator, additional Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred
2 years’ experience designing for presentation formats (Powerpoint, PDF formats, etc.)
Strong Foundation of Core Design Concepts - Grid Layout, Typographic Layout, and Hierarchy
Familiarity with HTML/CSS a plus
Familiarity with responsive mobile design and modern web design principles a plus
Strict attention to detail
Grammar and spelling error fanatic
Animation and video editing skills a plus
Experience in Asana and HubSpot a plus
Photo retouching and rendering experience a plus
Must be a team player and able to work in a collaborative environment
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Not afraid to wear multiple hats - no job being too small or too large.
