CAD CAM Engineer Jobs description
A CAD CAM engineer is responsible for providing hardware and software technical support. A CAD CAM engineer ensures that the blueprints are clear and accurate. A CAD CAM engineer performs programming and operates computer drafting system and performs organization of completed programs and data. It is the responsibility of a CAD CAM engineer to determine and modify the equipment problems and errors in the programs. A CAD CAM engineer should be skilled at programming CNC machine tool using CAD CAM software. A CAD CAM engineer interacts with customers regarding drawing issues and technical queries. A CAD CAM engineer is responsible for file drawings and process orders keeping in account the sequence of production. A CAD CAM engineer is responsible for supporting inventory management systems as well as maintaining inventory recordsA CAD CAM engineer should possess a degree in CAD/CAM with experience in CNC programming. A CAD CAM engineer should be skilled at reading blueprints and should have good understanding of geometric tolerance as well as software and hardware applications.
