Entry Level CAD Jobs
An entry-level CAD personnel will have to work exclusively with CAD for which full-time training will be provided. An entry-level CAD personnel will be trained on electrical aspects of the client’s designs. An entry-level CAD personnel will be responsible for AutoCAD conversion work and for transferring phone and cable records from AutoCAD to Micro station. An entry-level CAD personnel will closely work with the engineers, other drafters, and designers in a fast paced engineering environment as well as support the engineers and designers for documentation of protection and control elementary, single line, and wiring diagram drafting of switchboard panels, power transformers, circuit breakers, and distribution panels. An entry-level CAD personnel will design and draft documentation for field changes, prepare drawings for sub-station site and will also prepare the engineering documentation. An entry-level CAD personnel will be working on red line drawing as well as mark-ups on previously existing drawings.
An entry-level CAD personnel must possess an associate degree in CAD or engineering design. A CAD certificate is a must.
